1. File format

• Preferred format: PDF, preferably PDF/X-4.
• Also accepted by prior agreement: AI, EPS.

2. Resolution

• All raster images must be at least 300 dpi at 100% scale.

3. Cutting contour (CutContour)

• The contour must be vector artwork, closed, and placed on a separate layer named CUT.
• Contour colour: 100% Magenta.
• Line thickness: 0.25 pt.
• Minimum distance from the design edge to the cutting line: 2 mm.
• Make sure cutting paths do not overlap or cross.
• The contour-cut line must not be closer than 3 mm to the edge of the design.
⚠️ The cutter reads the cutting path, not the complete visual shape.

4. Size and bleed

• Artwork must be supplied at actual size (1:1).
• Add 1–2 mm bleed around all sides.
• Important elements such as text and logos must be at least 3 mm away from the cutting line.

5. Fonts and visual effects

• Convert all fonts to outlines/curves.
• Rasterize or flatten visual effects such as transparency and shadows.

6. White printing or underbase (when required)

• Elements to be printed in white must be placed on a separate layer named white.
