Before printing, you still need to check the final size, bleed, safe area, exact text and image quality.<\/p>\n      <\/header>\n\n      <section class=\"pb-ai__warning\">\n        <strong>The most important rule<\/strong>\n        <p>Do not rely on an image generator for important small text, phone numbers, addresses, prices or QR codes inside an image. Use the exact physical dimensions and exact aspect ratio. For example A4 = 210 \u00d7 297 mm and A5 = 148 \u00d7 210 mm. Do not make an approximately similar shape.\\n2. Never stretch or squash photos, logos, faces, objects or lettering to fit. Recompose or extend the background instead.\\n3. Add 3 mm bleed on every side. Example: A4 with bleed = 216 \u00d7 303 mm.\\n4. Backgrounds and edge-to-edge images must continue to the outer edge of the bleed.\\n5. Keep text, logos, QR codes, contact details and important subjects at least 4 mm inside the trim line.\\n\\nTEXT AND READABILITY\\n6. Do not make important text too small. Type size must suit the real physical size and expected viewing distance: a business card is read close up, a poster from farther away.\\n7. Build clear hierarchy: headline first, key information second, supporting information third. Do not make everything the same size and weight.\\n8. Never place dark text on a dark background or light text on a light background. Avoid thin text over a busy photo. Create a calm text area, overlay or tonal separation when needed.\\n9. For small copy use a simple highly legible typeface. Avoid excessively long lines, cramped leading and overly tight tracking.\\n10. Do not alter or invent phone numbers, addresses, prices, dates, names, email addresses or URLs. If an image generator cannot reproduce exact copy, leave a clean area for text to be added later in a layout editor.\\n\\nIMAGES AND GRAPHICS\\n11. Do not enlarge a small low-resolution image to fill a large print format. Quality must suit the real print size, with no visible pixelation, blur or JPEG artefacts.\\n12. Do not accidentally crop heads, hands, logos, products or other meaningful subjects.\\n13. Avoid hairline rules, tiny icons and micro-details that may disappear in print.\\n14. Never redraw, distort, recolour or change the proportions of an official logo unless explicitly instructed.\\n\\nQR CODE\\n15. Generate the QR code separately from the exact URL. It must have adequate physical size, strong contrast and a clear quiet zone around it. Do not place it on a noisy background or distort it in perspective.\\n16. Keep the QR code inside the safe area and scan-test it with a phone.\\n\\nCOMPOSITION\\n17. Do not overcrowd the page. Keep enough white space between content blocks.\\n18. Align elements to a clear grid and keep spacing visually consistent.\\n19. If a border runs near the edge, move it well inside the trim line because even a small cutting tolerance will make a near-edge border look uneven.\\n\\nFINAL CHECK\\n20. Do not add crop marks, registration marks or printer marks unless explicitly requested.\\n21. Before finalising, list any risks you detect: wrong size\/aspect ratio, missing bleed, content outside safe area, weak contrast, text too small, low image quality, stretched objects, copy errors, hairline graphics or QR-code problems.\\n22. If possible, provide an editable source file and a separate print PDF. Never change user-supplied factual details.\\n\\nFirst show the layout structure and explain why it will remain readable at the real physical print size. Leave space for exact copy.<\/p>\n            <\/article>\n                      <article class=\"pb-ai__step\">\n              <b>2<\/b>\n              <h3>Assemble the layout in an editor<\/h3>\n              <p>Add exact text, logo and QR code. Set the real product size in millimetres.<\/p>\n            <\/article>\n                      <article class=\"pb-ai__step\">\n              <b>3<\/b>\n              <h3>Add bleed<\/h3>\n              <p>For standard Printbox print, use 3 mm on every side. With 3 mm bleed the file becomes 154 \u00d7 216 mm.
