Flatten or rasterize transparency effects, as they may cause unwanted colour or tone changes in print.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bleed must be 3 mm on every side.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Do not add crop marks or printer marks.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The file size must be 1:1 to the required final print size.<\/li>\n<li><strong>All pages belonging to one printed item<\/strong> must be supplied <strong>in one PDF file<\/strong> (for example, both sides of a double-sided business card must be in the same PDF).<\/li>\n<li>Different designs with the <strong>same format and quantity<\/strong> should be supplied <strong>in one PDF file.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Recommended image resolution is 150\u2013300 dpi.<\/li>\n<li>Files must be supplied in <strong>CMYK.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Brochure file requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul><li>All brochure pages must be in one file in sequential page order. Do not arrange pages as spreads; we will impose them for printing.<\/li><li>For a <strong>staple-bound brochure<\/strong>, the number of pages must be <strong>divisible by 4<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Sticker file requirements<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul><li><strong>All text must be converted to curves\/outlines.<\/strong> If this is not done, we cannot be responsible for missing, changed or repositioned fonts in the printed stickers.<\/li><li>For custom-shaped stickers, provide a separate vector cutting path; the cutting path must not be a raster image.<\/li><li><strong>Files must be in CMYK.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Bleed<\/strong><br \/>A 3 mm bleed on every side is required so that no white edge remains after trimming. Important design elements should remain at least 4 mm inside the final trim line; including the 3 mm bleed, keep important elements at least 7 mm from the outer edge of the supplied artwork.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Colour system<\/strong><br \/>Use CMYK colours only. Do not use RGB, Pantone or other spot colours unless agreed separately. If the file is not supplied in CMYK, it will still be printed in CMYK and colour shifts may occur. Colours shown on a monitor may differ from the printed result because displays, ambient lighting and colour spaces vary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resolution<\/strong><br \/>The required resolution depends on print size and viewing distance. For small-format printing up to A3, we recommend at least 300 dpi. For large-format printing, 150 dpi may be sufficient.
